The Legal 500 US 2015 directory has ranked Anderson Kill's Insurance Recovery Group among top practice groups in the category "Insurance: advice to policyholders."

Robert M. Horkovich and William G. Passannante, co-chairs of the firm's Insurance Recovery Group, were once again named leading lawyers, and shareholders Finley T. Harckham and Joshua Gold, chair of Anderson Kill's Cyber Insurance Recovery Group, were also singled out for recognition of their work on behalf of policyholders. Legal 500 took particular note of Mr. Horkovich winning attorney's fees in 2014 for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey in an insurance coverage dispute over asbestos claims, and of Mr. Gold's representation of a nationwide retailer in a claim for coverage after a substantial data breach and theft of customer account details.
