Jerry S. Goldman Joins Anderson Kill & Olick as Shareholder

Philadelphia, PA (May 12, 2008) – Anderson Kill & Olick, P.C. is pleased to announced that Jerry S. Goldman has joined the firm as a shareholder. Mr. Goldman will work out of Anderson Kill’s Philadelphia and New York offices.

A former prosecutor in Brooklyn, New York, Mr. Goldman has built a highly successful practice and varied practice serving individuals and closely held businesses throughout the United States. Mr. Goldman practices in the areas of general business law; complex litigation; white collar criminal defense; estate planning along with estate and trust administration; employment law; and federal and international taxation. Prior to founding his practice in 1982, Mr. Goldman served as Senior Assistant District Attorney and Senior Supervising Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York. There he gained substantial experience litigating a variety of complex criminal matters and supervising a host of white-collar criminal prosecutions."Jerry’s broad skill set and diverse national client base will give a powerful boost to our firm," said Robert Horkovich, President and chair of Anderson Kill's insurance recovery group.  "We anticipate terrific synergies with our tax, trust & estates, commercial litigation and corporate & securities practices."Mr. Goldman is a member of the Philadelphia and American Bar Associations; the National, New York and Philadelphia Estate Planning Councils; the Center City Proprietors Association; the Federal Bar Association (Criminal Law Committee) and the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.  He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Citizens Crime Commission of Delaware Valley, which he previously served as counsel.
