For more than three decades, Anderson Kill called 1251 Avenue of the Americas home. With its move to Times Square, the firm maintains its 55-year committed to its Manhattan roots, as well as to growing its New York team.

In recent years, the firm has added a thriving White Collar Defense Group and a highly successful Financial Litigation & Complex Disputes Group.

The new state-of-the-art office will house more than 50 attorneys and 50 staff. With the guidance of LB Architects, the new office is a brighter, more open, and more efficient than the firm's previous space. It includes a high-tech, client-focused conference center; high-tech collaboration spaces for colleagues to work in person or remotely; and a large cafe for employees. The buildout included enhanced technology, modern furniture for more efficient work, and glass walls throughout the space for more natural light.

In addition, the building--Times Square Tower, known as the Crossroads of the World--includes state-of-the-art meeting space, where the firm will host its industry-leading annual events: Policyholder Advisor Conference (October), Directors & Officers Insurance Liability Conference (December), and Cyber Insurance Recovery Conference (Spring).
