Deborah B. Koplovitz, a shareholder in the Cooperative and Condominium Law Group and Real Estate and Construction Group at Anderson Kill P.C., will serve on the host committee of a presentation hosted by the WashU Real Estate Network in New York City on October 25, 2016, beginning at 7 p.m.
The presentation by Joel Marcus, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Founder of Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. will be held at The Alexandria Center for Life Science, New York City’s first and only collaborative urban campus for life science companies at the forefront of innovation. The address is 450 East 29th Street, 2nd Floor, in Manhattan.
Mr. Marcus will present Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc.: Anatomy of a Startup. The presentation will focus on his experience building a start-up real estate business and growing the business from a small private company to a dominant brand and publicly-traded REIT. The talk will feature a discussion of the thinking behind Alexandria’s urban campus strategy and how they built the team to execute on the strategy.
