Anderson Kill P.C. announced today that Finley T. Harckham, a shareholder in the firm's insurance recovery group and member of the firm's executive committee, has joined IR Global, an international network of advisory firms, as IR's exclusive Insurance Law Member in New York.

IR Global members are legal, accountancy and financial advisers serving clients in more than 150 countries. Members share information, expertise and referrals through conferences, meetings, publications and member news, and online member forums.

Mr. Harckham represents corporate policyholders in insurance coverage matters. He has successfully litigated, arbitrated and settled hundreds of complex coverage claims involving property loss, construction, business interruption, directors and officers liability, professional liability, aviation liability and general liability.

Mr. Harckham also has extensive experience in the field of international arbitration, in which he has represented clients including government contractors, consumer products companies and manufacturers in a wide range of disputes. He has successfully prosecuted and defended arbitrations in European countries and the United States under the London Arbitration Act, and the AAA, ICC and UNCITRAL arbitration rules.
