The Insurance Group of the Year award follows on the heels of Law360's designation of Robert Horkovich as a  2012 Insurance MVP, largely on the strength of the "huge win for policyholders" he helped the State of California obtain in its long-running dispute with insurance companies over coverage for the cleanup of the Stringfellow toxic waste site.
