Anderson Kill is pleased to announce that it has secured a victory for Tibetan independence activist Sherab Dorje in the Matter of the Application for Asylum of Sherab Dorje.

Mr. Dorje is a Tibetan national who emigrated to Nepal when he was seven years old, and subsequently became an active member of the Free Tibet movement. Mr. Dorje fled to the United States after being arrested and tortured by Nepalese authorities, who threatened to turn him over to the Chinese Government if he did not cease.
