Mr. Kill has a distinguished record representing clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on antitrust counseling and litigation, class action treble damage cases, trademark litigation and corporate person of interest criminal investigations. Mr. Kill is a name shareholder who joined the firm in 1972 and was instrumental to Anderson Kill's success over the next 35 years in building a reputation for creative, path-finding work in antitrust, ERISA, trademark and other complex commercial litigation. Mr. Kill returns to Anderson Kill from Reed Smith, where he has been a partner in the Antitrust and Competition practice since 2008."We are thrilled that Larry has decided to come home to Anderson Kill. It includes representation of Korean defendants in the landmark ADM criminal and class action treble damage cases in federal and state courts. Mr. Kill ranked first in his class at Fordham Law School and served as Editor-in-chief of the Fordham Law Review. He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and admitted to practice in a half-dozen U.S. Courts of Appeal, as well as the Supreme Court and several U.S. District Courts.
