Anderson Kill P.C. is pleased to announced that David P. Bender, managing shareholder of the firm's Ventura, CA office, has been named to the Los Angeles Fleet Week Foundation Board.

This year, for the first time, Los Angeles has been selected as an official Fleet Week market for the U.S. Navy. LA Fleet Week will run through Labor Day, with active military ships beginning to arrive in the days preceding the holiday weekend. The arrival in the Port of Los Angeles of active-duty Navy ships and sailors is expected to brings tens of thousands of tourists and generate millions of dollars in economic activity

The Fleet Week Foundation Board was established for the purpose of supporting the City of Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Harbor in LA Fleet Week. Fleet Week promotes and honors the men and women of the United States Navy, Marines and Coast Guard.
