Minn. Arbitration Notice Ruling Gives Ammo to Policyholders

Minnesota's high court held last week in a construction defect coverage dispute that insurers provisionally defending policyholders in arbitration involving covered and noncovered claims have heightened notice obligations, a ruling experts say will help policyholders arguing for coverage of ambiguously allocated awards.
