New York, NY – August 9, 2006 – In a press release issued by Tenet Healthcare Corporate on July 6, 2006, Tenet Healthcare Corporation announced that it had reached agreement with its 2005-2006 property insurers to settle all claims related to physical damage and business interruption sustained by Tenet as a result of Hurricane Katrina.
