Izak Feldgreber is the Director of Insurance Litigation Support Services (ILL) in Anderson Kill's New York office. He develops and maintains the firm's insurance resources. He has extensive experience in insurance coverage matters involving complex coverage issues, as well as trial preparation. Izak is also a member of the firm's COVID Task Group.

During his many years at Anderson Kill, Izak has focused on insurance policy analysis and research of complex insurance coverage issues, including the review of historic insurance policies with respect to complex insurance coverage matters.

Izak is responsible for creating and organizing the firm’s proprietary in-house insurance resource databases. Izak also helped to develop The RecoveryMAX® Database, which is a resource database that is designed to offer policyholders the ability to store, organize and make sense of their current and historic liability insurance policies. The RecoveryMAX® Database is custom-tailored for each client and contains information from multiple lines of insurance policies to help policyholders in recovering from insurance companies for long-tail liability claims. RecoveryMAX® links to insurance policy images and contains insurance policy information regarding, for example, limits, exclusions, deductibles, policyholders and retrospective premiums -- all of which are analyzed from a legal perspective to facilitate and expedite maximum recovery of insurance proceeds.

Through these insurance resources, Izak has been able to identify insurance company manuals, insurance company representative depositions and insurance company briefs that have been helpful at trial.

Izak also manages Anderson Kill's Library Services Department.
