Distressed Securities and Claims Trading
We represent institutional and private investors, funds, brokers, and dealers with the structuring, negotiation, documentation, and closing of secondary market transactions in the securities of financially distressed companies and in the claims against private and public companies in the United States and abroad that have sought protection under applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, and liquidation laws.
