Madilynne Lee is an attorney in Anderson Kill's Philadelphia office.  She focuses her practice on insurance recovery, exclusively on behalf of policyholders.

While attending law school, Madilynne worked as a judicial intern to Magistrate Judge David Strawbridge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania; as a summer associate at Anderson Kill; and as a law clerk for a Pennsylvania law firm, where she drafted a petition for allowance of appeal with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court regarding improperly issued Department of Environmental Protection mining permits for a municipality.  While in law school, Madilynne also served as a pro bono student attorney at a Community Lawyering Clinic.  She was also accepted to the Order of Barristers, an honor society for law students and practicing lawyers who demonstrate skill in trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing.

Prior to attending law school, Madilynne was a class action legal assistant at a New York law firm, where she guided approximately fifty class representatives through discovery in blood pressure medication cases and drafted demand letters, complaints and pro hac vice documents.  Madilynne also worked as a legal real estate and loss prevention intern, conducting internal research of leases, deeds, and contracts and executed successful fraud prevention strategies.
