Fiona Hogan is an attorney in Anderson Kill's New York office. She focuses her practice on insurance recovery, exclusively on behalf of policyholders, as well as on regulatory and white collar matters.

While attending St. John's University School of Law, Fiona worked as a Summer Law Clerk at Anderson Kill. During her law school years, she also served as the Judicial Intern for the Honorable Joanna Seybert of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, conducting research, drafting memoranda and assisting in drafting decisions and orders on habeas corpus petitions. She was also a Legal Extern for the New York State Office of Court Administration Presumptive ADR Program, where she created and managed a case management system for mediation programs in New York City courts, including the first purely presumptive program in New York State in New York City Small Claims Courts.

Also while at St. John's, Fiona was a research assistant for Professor Irina Manta, researching civil and criminal denaturalization cases in United States federal courts.

At St. John's, Fiona served as the Editor-in-Chief of the New York Real Property Law Journal and was an executive board member of the Dispute Resolution Society. In addition, she was a Student Attorney in the Child Advocacy Clinic; a Teaching Assistant for Constitutional Law I, Introduction to Law, and Sports Law; and a Writing Tutor.

Fiona was a St. Thomas More Scholar, graduated with Dean's List honors, and received the Dean's Award for Excellence in Legal Writing, Professional Responsibility, and Child Advocacy Clinic. She also received the Public Interest Award, a commencement award for completing at least 500 hours of pro bono work.

Before attending law school, Fiona taught 8th grade U.S. History and worked for an education not-for-profit organization.

Fiona speaks conversational Spanish and is fluent in reading and writing.
