Eugene R. Anderson: October 24, 1927 - July 30, 2010

Eugene R. Anderson was the founding member of Anderson Kill. Business Insurance once designated Mr. Anderson as one of the people who have had the greatest impact on property and casualty insurance over the past 20 years. Mr. Anderson was often described as the "dean of policyholders" attorneys. The American Lawyer had described Mr. Anderson as "a brand name specialist for policyholders." Even a leading insurance association had touted Mr. Anderson as being "perhaps the most celebrated counsel representing insureds." Since 2007, Mr. Anderson had been named in Best Lawyers for insurance law.
