Bridget Hirsch is of counsel in Anderson Kill's Los Angeles office, where she concentrates her practice in insurance recovery and corporate litigation. She is also a member of the firm's COVID Task Group.

Bridget is principal of the Law Offices of Bridget B. Hirsch, where she has represented record labels, animators, music publishers, partnerships, and music streaming service, among others, in business litigation. She maintains this practice while working of counsel for Anderson Kill, to which she returned in 2016 after beginning her professional career with the firm in 2002 after a summer internship in 2001.

Bridget worked at Anderson Kill until 2008, representing corporations in business litigation, insurance recovery, bad faith, and bankruptcy matters. After a stint in the insurance recovery practice of another firm, she founded her own practice in 2012.

Bridget has represented major corporations including banks, pharmaceuticals and communications companies in insurance coverage litigation arising from shareholder lawsuits, product liability, trademark disputes and tort litigation. She has represented policyholders throughout the life of underlying claims, from notice of claim through resolution and recovery; insurance coverage litigation and ADR.

In addition to her insurance recovery work, Bridget has diverse experience in general litigation and transactional matters. She has represented clients in corporate governance matters, shareholder disputes, intellectual property matters, and civil litigation. She has often worked with co-counsel in a litigation management role.

While attending Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Bridget was the Symposia Editor of the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal and also received a Dean's Scholarship. Also while attending law school, Bridget was a Legal Intern working with the Innocence Project Seminar where she reopened and reversed wrongful convictions based upon new DNA technology. She also worked as a Legal Intern for a sole practitioner where she researched copyright and trademark issues for litigation and assisted with contract drafting.
