Salina Canoy

Salina Canoy is of counsel to Anderson Kill and a member of the Banking and Lending and Corporate and Securities practice groups where she concentrates her practice in corporate transactions and counseling.

Salina's professional background includes large law firm practice and in-house experience.  She has represented Fortune 100 companies, start-ups, private equity sponsors, national and regional banks, health care organizations, and nonprofit organizations.  Her major transactional work has included representing public and private companies in merger and  acquisition transactions, commercial contracting, private equity offering and venture capital financing.  She also advises clients on data security regulation.
