Shareholder Jeremy Shockett  prosecuted this case as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County.  This complicated case resulted in two trials and murder convictions against both Luis Garcia and Jose Pizarro.

The episode aimed to bring light to the horrific murders of the five innocent members of the Santos and Aguilar families.  The intense investigation conducted by the police, the medical examiners and the district attorney's office led to the successful arrest and prosecution of two murderers.
