Anderson Kill is pleased to announce that John M. Leonard, a shareholder in the firm’s New York office, has been appointed co-chair with Raymond A. Mascia Jr. of the firm’s Financial Services Group, which counsels financial institutions in insurance recovery matters.

John has obtained seven- and eight-figure recoveries for policyholders in insurance coverage matters, including disputes over D&O and E&O defense and indemnity, general liability losses, environmental liability, and cyber liability, as well as BIPA liability.  He is co-chair of the firm’s Biometric Liability Group.

Anderson Kill’s Financial Services Group represents financial institutions in corporate and financial structuring, transactional matters, and litigation, including securities litigation, bankruptcy-related disputes, and insurance recovery. On the insurance front, we have handled numerous claims triggering D&O, E&O, cyber, crime/fidelity, and property insurance policies.
