Dennis Artese Comments in NYLJ On Injunctive Relief for New York Homeowner in Sandy Coverage Suit

When the New York Law Journal reported on a Nassau County Supreme Court decision ordering a homeowner’s insurance company to continue to pay the housing expenses of a policyholder during the pendency of her Superstorm Sandy coverage suit, Anderson Kill's Dennis Artese noted the significance of the decision:

Dennis Artese, an Anderson Kill shareholder who was not involved in this case, said his firm has had success securing injunctive relief against health insurers, but believes the decision was unique in the property insurance context.
