Anderson Kill PC has chosen one of its own litigators in the Philadelphia office to share leadership duties for the firm's employment practice as it seeks to continue building its client base.

Neil C. Schur was named this week as co-chair of Anderson Kill's employment and labor group, the firm announced Tuesday. The Philadelphia-based shareholder takes the reins from Bennett Pine, who has stepped back into an of counsel position at the firm's New York and Newark, New Jersey, offices.

Schur, who also co-chairs Anderson Kill's antitrust and unfair competition group, told Law360 Pulse in an interview Tuesday afternoon that he is excited for the leadership opportunity in a group in which he started expanding his practice about two years ago.
