New York-based Anderson Kill has added commercial litigator Neil Schur as a shareholder in its now six-lawyer Philadelphia office. Schur spent the past 23 years at Stevens & Lee, where he focused on litigating antitrust and unfair competition matters and counseled clients on a variety of antitrust compliance issues. He also has substantial experience in franchise litigation.

Lawrence Kill, co-chair of Anderson Kill’s corporate and commercial litigation group, said Schur “brings an impressive breadth of experience and success representing clients in commercial litigation and antitrust, false advertising, and environmental litigation at both the trial court and appellate levels. He deepens our litigation capabilities on multiple fronts.”

Anderson Kill focuses its practice on insurance recovery litigation but also handles a variety of litigation and transaction practices. The firm’s Philadelphia office has had its share of comings and goings over time but has been helmed by insurance coverage litigator Pamela Hans since 2009.
