Anderson Kill is pleased to announce that Neil C. Schur, a shareholder in the firm’s Philadelphia office, has been named co-chair with Dona S. Kahn of the firm’s Employment and Labor Group.

Neil is a leading litigator who represents clients in commercial litigation, employment and antitrust matters, including cases involving Title VII and state laws related to employment discrimination, contracts, fraud, and unfair competition. He also co-chairs Anderson Kill’s Antitrust and Unfair Competition Group.

Neil has recently presented or published articles on topics including federal policy on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, non-compete clauses, and non-disclosure agreements.
