Anderson Kill is pleased to announce that Neil C. Schur, a shareholder in Anderson Kill’s Philadelphia office, has been named co-chair with Lawrence Kill of the firm’s Antitrust and Unfair Competition Group.
Neil is a leading commercial litigator who has tried cases and handled appeals in several states. He represents clients in matters involving contracts, fraud, antitrust and unfair competition, the Sherman Act, the Robinson-Patman Act, the Lanham Act, and the False Claims Act. He also counsels clients regarding a variety of antitrust compliance issues, including pricing policies (minimum advertised price, resale price maintenance and Colgate), and proposed transactions' compliance with antitrust law.
Neil has recently presented or published articles on topics including non-compete clauses, force majeure clauses, non-disclosure agreements, confidentiality, trade secrets, and the FTC's efforts to rein in Big Tech.
