Anderson Kill Names Litigation Vet As Antitrust Co-Leader

Anderson Kill PC has tapped a Philadelphia-based partner and commercial litigation specialist to co-lead the firm's antitrust and unfair competition practice group, the firm announced on Wednesday.

Neil C. Schur will be co-chair of the group alongside name partner and its other longtime co-chair, Lawrence Kill.

"I am excited to take on  his new role," Schur told Law360 Pulse in an email on Wednesday. "Anderson Kill's antitrust and unfair competition lawyers stand ready to litigate claims under Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, the Robinson-Patman Act, and the Lanham Act, and provide practical counseling on matters such as pricing policies and compliance."
