Volatility in Global Trade and Supply Chain Structures – challenges of constant adaptation

A conference presented by the IBA International Commerce and Distribution Committee with support from the IBA Corporate Counsel Forum, the IBA European Regional Forum and the IBA International Trade and Customs Law Committee.

The conference focuses on the current legal discussions and aspects of strained supply chains and tariffs and trade barriers. The conference seeks to enhance the understanding for the various influences on supply chains and the underlying contractual architecture. It will address regional and global trade aspects but also focus on the nuts and bolts of contract drafting, including ESG and financing aspects.
