The effects of climate-induced changes present challenges in the development of the urban landscape, from planning to the construction of new infrastructure and buildings.  There are costs and risks associated with these challenges. This panel includes a discussion of such risks and the use and potential limitations of Builder’s Risk and other insurance as ways of managing those risks.
