We Invite you to save the date and join us on Thursday, June 18, 2026 for our 9th Annual Cyber Insurance Recovery Conference.

Cyber threats continue unabated for almost all organizations.  Now A.I. technologies provide jet fuel for cyber gang scams, creating an even more perilous environment for those charged with securing data and keeping their systems safely online.  It is likely that A.I., one day, will be able to fend-off cyber attacks enabled by A.I. and other fraudulent means.  But until that day….

With this challenging cyber landscape in mind, this year’s Anderson Kill Cyber Conference will be dedicated to identifying the underlying perils, exploring the varied and evolving legal landscape from A.I.-enhanced technologies, and addressing the insurance coverage and risk management solutions that executives, RMs, attorneys, brokers and other stakeholders need to consider and utilize.

Artificial intelligence has changed how individuals are identified, monitored, and tracked — from facial recognition and behavioral biometrics for policing to tracking for predictive pricing and employee monitoring. However, these advancements have also come an evolving wave of privacy litigation and attempts at regulation. This session examines the intersection of AI-powered surveillance, advanced online tracking, and privacy, specifically the legal exposures that these systems create and how insurance responds.
