As Government Relations Manager, Oliver Graf plays an integral role in Anderson Kill's Government Relations Practice, supporting clients on complex legislative, regulatory, public policy, and external affairs matters at the local, city, and state levels.

Oliver monitors legislative and regulatory activity, analyzes emerging public policy issues, prepares strategic advocacy materials, and helps coordinate engagement with elected officials, government agencies, industry organizations, and other key stakeholders. He supports lobbying initiatives, policy development, coalition-building efforts, and government outreach across a broad range of industries and matters, helping clients anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and effectively communicate their priorities to decision-makers.

As part of the firm's multidisciplinary Government Relations Practice, Oliver works closely with attorneys, advisors, lobbyists, and clients on matters involving legislative advocacy, regulatory affairs, economic development, land use, licensing and permitting, procurement, compliance, and other government-related initiatives. His research, policy analysis, and strategic coordination contribute to the integrated legal and government relations solutions the firm provides to clients facing complex business and regulatory challenges.

Before joining Anderson Kill, Oliver interned in the office of U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, where he gained firsthand experience with the legislative process, constituent services, and federal public policy. He earned his degree from New York University, where he studied Political Science and Government.
