Nicole Schwartz is a Government Relations attorney who helps businesses, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, developers, and community organizations achieve results when legal, political, and regulatory challenges converge. Known for turning complex challenges into tangible results, Nicole has successfully led relentless advocacy efforts ranging from securing $24 million in targeted New York State budget relief for a school district to recovering significant funds for New York City property owners affected by property tax misclassifications. She understands that success often requires more than knowing the law—it requires building relationships, navigating competing interests, and creating momentum where others see obstacles.

Nicole earned her bachelor's degree in psychology, magna cum laude, from Stony Brook University, where she was inducted into Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology. She received her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, which honored her in 2021 as an Outstanding Woman in Law.

A recognized leader in New York's government relations community, Nicole founded and served as the inaugural chair of the Government Relations Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association. Her work has been recognized by City & State, which named her to its Political PR Power List, Who's Who in Government Relations, and Albany 40 Under 40.
