Litigation

Overview

Anderson Kill‘s Corporate and Commercial Litigation practice group is nationally recognized for its ability to deliver practical, efficient and innovative solutions to the variety of litigation and alternative dispute resolution issues confronting businesses today.  We are prepared to respond to a crisis on a moment’s notice.  We pride ourselves on listening to our clients and providing advice consistent with their business goals and needs.  Our attorneys are skilled litigators and trial lawyers with a depth and breadth of experience rivaled by few, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.  We regularly appear in federal and state courts across the country, and have argued appeals in numerous state courts, all federal circuit courts and the United States Supreme Court.  We recognize that effective representation comes in many forms. Consequently, our firm regularly counsels clients concerning out-of-court alternatives such as arbitration, mediation and other less formal resolution techniques.

Broad Range of Service

Anderson Kill‘s Corporate and Commercial Litigation attorneys offer a broad range of services, and are experienced in all aspects of corporate and commercial litigation.  Our representative, current engagements generally concern breach of contract, securities and common law fraud, corporate governance, unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duty, and waste mismanagement.  Links to descriptions of our specialty litigation practice areas are provided below.
