Nicholas Bradley is an attorney in Anderson Kill's New York office. He focuses his practice on insurance recovery, exclusively on behalf of policyholders.
Prior to joining Anderson Kill, Nick was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Lisa M. Vignuolo of the New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division. While attending law school, he served as a summer intern at a New York law firm, where his work focused on litigation matters including professional ethics complaints and motions in civil and FINRA actions. He also interned for the general counsel of an aircraft manufacturer, where he drafted partnership agreements for company-certified instruction and maintenance centers and policies for an intellectual property review board.

During law school, Nick hosted and produced the Cardozo Law Review’s podcast, “Pod Curiam.” He also published a Note evaluating legislative proposals to amend Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.
Prior to attending law school, Nick taught high school English for three years in San Antonio, Texas initially through the Teach for America Program. He received a "Rising Star” award for the best new teacher in his school for the 2015-2016 year. While there, he improved his students’ pass rate on the state English II exam from 40% to 82% between 2016 and 2017.
Nick is proficient in Spanish and is a Certified Private Pilot.
