Glenn Fields was a senior insurance policy analyst in the New York office of Anderson Kill. He had extensive experience in insurance coverage matters involving complex coverage issues.
Since 1989, Glenn has worked closely with clients' risk management, legal, and engineering staffs. In addition, he has had extensive experience as a major team member in settlement of insurance recovery issues in large asbestos and environmental insurance recovery cases, leading to millions of dollars in settlements for clients. Working closely with insurance archaeologists, he has located many policies once thought missing, thereby increasing insurance recovery for clients. Glenn has also assisted in insurance recovery for asbestos trusts and mining companies. He has also analyzed insurance policies unique to governmental port operations coverage. These policies are often quite different from other liability insurance forms and can sometimes provide more in coverage than typical liability insurance contracts. Additionally, Glenn is frequently involved with recovery for insolvent domestic and foreign insurance companies.
