Hon. Ethan Greenberg (Ret.) is a Shareholder in Anderson Kill's New York office and co-chair of the firm's White Collar Defense Practice Group, as well as a member of the firm's Corporate and Commercial Litigation Group.  He represents clients in sophisticated commercial litigation, white collar defense and internal investigations.

Prior to joining Anderson Kill, Judge Greenberg was an Acting New York State Supreme Court Justice in Bronx County.  In that role he presided over more than one hundred trials, administered calendar and motion parts, conducted hearings and supervised grand juries.  He also received specialized training and assignments for domestic violence cases.  Previously, Judge Greenberg was a Criminal Court Judge with the New York City Criminal Court.
