Elliot is an associate in Anderson Kill's New York office and concentrates his practice on corporate and commercial litigation. He also has significant general counsel and litigation experience involving cooperatives, condominiums, and homeowners' associations.
Elliot has represented clients in all phases of complex litigation in federal and state courts as well as arbitrations and mediations involving breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary duty, fraud, construction disputes, residential and commercial real estate disputes, corporate governance issues, civil rights issues, and board election disputes. He has also represented clients before administrative agencies and New York City community boards.
In 2021, Elliot was nominated for participation in the New York City Bar Association's Fifth Annual Associate Leadership Institute, an ABA award-winning program geared to provide high-level career advancement and leadership training for mid-level and senior associates from New York City's most prestigious law firms.
During law school, Elliot held an externship in the Real Estate Finance Bureau of the Office of the New York Attorney General, which is charged with enforcing Article 23-A of the General Business Law and governing regulations that regulate the offer and sale of real estate securities.
Elliot received his B.A. from Johns Hopkins University and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to practice in New York.
