The Business Insurance Women to Watch Awards & Leadership Conference recognizes women leaders doing outstanding work in risk management and commercial insurance. Business Insurance readers nominated candidates for Women to Watch, and a panel of Business Insurance editors selected the honorees based on those nominations. More than an award, Women to Watch has developed into an educational program aimed at the advancement of women in the industry. This year's program will take place December 4-5, 2023 in New York City.
