For third year running, Carrie Maylor DiCanio, a shareholder in Anderson Kill's New York office, has been named to Benchmark Litigation’s annual 40 & Under Hot List.

Carrie concentrates her practice in insurance recovery and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on complex financial matters. Carrie has extensive experience in D&O and representations and warranties insurance in particular. She has successfully managed high-stakes litigation and high value insurance claims on behalf of private equity firms, industrial technology companies, pharmaceutical companies, restaurant groups, telecommunications companies, and global retailers, among others.
Carrie has taken the lead at Anderson Kill in building a practice serving clients seeking to maximize coverage under Transaction Liability Insurance, and serves as co-chair of Anderson Kill's Women's Network.
Carrie has also been named a Breakout Award winner by Business Insurance and a Rising Star by Law360.
