He also has been recognized by Legal 500 for Insurance Advice to Policyholders and singled out there as a "superb lawyer and subject-matter expert."
Carrie Maylor DiCanio is the managing shareholder of Anderson Kill’s Denver office and a shareholder in the firm’s New York office. Carrie serves clients in the financial, hospitality, energy, and construction industries. Carrie also advises clients extensively on pre-litigation insurance matters.
Carrie is a member of the firm's insurance recovery, commercial litigation and COVID Task groups, and co-chair of Anderson Kill's Women's Network. Carrie joined Anderson Kill full-time in 2008, after a summer internship at the firm in 2007.
Robert M. Horkovich, Anderson Kill’s managing shareholder, stated, “Dennis and Carrie have proved themselves over many years to be highly effective litigators and problem solvers for clients seeking to maximize insurance recoveries and fight unwarranted coverage denials. Both have recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for clients in litigation, arbitration, mediation and negotiation short of formal dispute. We are pleased to welcome them into the ranks of our equity shareholders.”
