Anderson Kill's Jeremy E. Deutsch and Steven J. Pudell to Serve on Law360 Editorial Boards in 2019

Two Anderson Kill shareholders have been selected to serve on Law360 Editorial Boards in 2019. Jeremy E. Deutsch, chair of Anderson Kill's Corporate and Securities Group, will serve on Law360's Banking Advisory Board, and Steven J. Pudell will serve on the publication's Insurance Advisory Board. Both are returning for second terms, having served on these boards in 2018.

Law360's editorial advisory boards provide feedback on Law360's existing coverage and advise editors how best to shape future coverage.

Jeremy E. Deutsch is a shareholder in Anderson Kill's New York office and chair of the firm’s corporate and securities group.  Jeremy has over 20 years’ experience in business law, including transactional and day-to-day legal counseling as well as complex corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration.  His work embraces all areas of transactional and advisory roles, including mergers/acquisitions, sales/leases, and other commercial transactions, including private investment deals.  As a litigator, he has tried and arbitrated matters involving large frauds, breaches of fiduciary duty, breaches of contract and joint ventures. 

Steven J. Pudell has been the managing shareholder in Anderson Kill's Newark office since 2008 and has been with the firm since 1997. Steve's practice concentrates on insurance recovery, exclusively on behalf of policyholders. He has represented food industry companies, chemical manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies and real estate developers in insurance recovery matters. Since 2011, he has been recognized by Chambers USA as one of New Jersey's top insurance recovery lawyers.
