Anderson Kill is proud to announced that Vianny M. Pichardo, an attorney in the firm's New York office, is a 2018 recipient of the Hispanic National Bar Association's “HNBA Top Lawyers Under 40” Award."
The HBNA's “Top Lawyers Under 40” Award honors accomplished lawyers who have demonstrated professional excellence, integrity, leadership, commitment to the Hispanic community, and dedication to improving the legal profession.
Ms. Pichardo concentrates her practice in insurance recovery and corporate and commercial litigation. In nearly eight years as a member of Anderson Kill's Insurance Recovery Group, she has gained extensive litigation and trial experience representing large corporate clients in both state and federal courts in disputes concerning insurance coverage for general liability, product liability, business interruption, and property damage claims.
Ms. Pichardo is a member of Anderson Kill's Cyber Insurance Recovery Group as well as the firm's Women's Initiative Group and its Diversity Committee. She is also the immediate past President of The Dominican Bar Association, which represents the interests of Latino lawyers, judges, and law students in the United States as well as serving the broader Latino community.

Ms. Pichardo has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a New York Metro Rising Star for Insurance Coverage since 2015. She is also a recipient of Fordham LALSA’s 2017 Andrew A. Rivera Alumni Achievement Award. A first-generation Dominican American, she earned a B.A. cum laude from New York University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. While at Fordham, Ms. Pichardo received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award.
