Liability for Lead Contamination of Water Supplies: Is It Covered by Insurance?

The presentation will address whether liability claims against municipalities, and damage to town drinking water systems, are covered under insurance policies.  These issues are certain to be heavily litigated.  The presentation will focus upon the issues that will likely be faced when seeking coverage and strategies for pursuing claims.
