There has been a rise in acrimonious and hostile litigation tactics against insurers.  Do these tactics violate ethical obligations?  If so, are we required to take action?  In this session, we will examine the line between zealous advocacy and unprofessional conduct and discuss the obligation to ensure that the line does not continue to blur.
