This session will provide suggestions on how to make sure that your insurance company is considering fully your business’s interests, including reputation, relationships with business partners, and other considerations.  It will also provide examples of litigation strategies that may be implemented to move a case to settlement in the face of an insurance company’s refusal to pay.
