Mr. Chesler will be speaking on Cypress Point Condo Assoc., Inc. v. Adria Towers, LLC which held that insurers on a CGL policy issued to a condominium developer that acted as a general contractor could be liable for the unintended and unexpected consequential damages caused by subcontractors’ defective work and that such damages constituted “property damage” and an “occurrence” under the policy.
