The chemical compounds known as PFAS may pose the single greatest environmental liability risk to companies today.  Known as “forever chemicals” due to their durability and persistence in the environment, PFAS compounds have been used in a wide range of commercial applications for decades.  Only recently, however, have potential health risks of PFAS exposure come to light, generating waves of litigation, regulation and potential exposure for companies connected to PFAS.
