Aguila Ltd. Completes $100,000,000 Investment in Reservoir/
ContourGlobal Co-Investment Fund

New York, NY (April 22, 2010) – On March 5, 2010, Aguila Ltd. successfully completed a $100,000,000 private equity investment in Reservoir/ContourGlobal Co-Investment fund, L.P., a newly formed Cayman Islands exempted limited partnership ("ContourGlobal").
Anderson Kill & Olick shareholder Costa Kensington led the transaction on behalf of Aguila. The Anderson Kill team also included shareholders Gloria Frank and Wendy Williamson as well as attorneys Patricio Suarez and John Hess. The transaction took more than six months to complete and involved significant due diligence and extensive negotiations to construct a multi-tiered ”water fall" distribution structure.
ContourGlobal acquires, develops and operates power generating, district heating and other power and infrastructure assets. It primarily invests in South America and other emerging markets where capital is scarce. ContourGlobal has raised approximately $1 billion in equity. ContourGlobal’s controlling shareholder are funds managed by the Reservoir Capital Group, a multi-strategy investment fund with approximately $4.5 billion under management.
